Notice - Free Shuttle Bus Operation to Inasayama Observatory

Access to the Inasayama Observatory
Please note that the Nagasaki Inasayama Slope Car is currently out of service due to maintenance work being carried out to ensure safe operation. In addition, the Nagasaki Ropeway will be suspended from June 8 to July 10, 2026, for scheduled inspections and maintenance.
During the Nagasaki Ropeway suspension period, a free shuttle bus service will be provided during peak visitor hours to assist with access to the observatory. The shuttle will operate between the Inasayama Park Mid-Slope Parking Area and the Summit Observatory, with a capacity of 26 passengers per trip.
