Flying Fish Frying Workshop

Flying fish is a famous specialty of the Goto Islands, mainly due to its use in one of its most popular exports, agodashi. Skewer flying fish and fry them over a charcoal fire to be dried and delivered to you days later. From there, you can use the fish to make Kamigoto’s rich signature broth.
