Magome Church （マゴメキョウカイ）

This white Gothic church is a symbol of the island. Originally built during the Meiji period, the damage from lightning storms and typhoons was too severe to repair. Thus the church was built anew in 1931 and given the name "Church of Archangel Michael".
A registered cultural heritage spot.
