Located on one of the islands of Kujukushima Islands, this shrine is dedicated to three deities who protect women in particular from childbirth and diseases peculiar to women. The entire island is a power spot. In the precincts of the shrine, there is a small torii gate that, when passed through, is said to grant wishes. To pass through the torii, visitors must chant “Onsora soba tei ei sowaka” three times, make a wish, and pass through the gate three times from the same direction. It is especially beneficial for pregnant women (5 months and past 8 months) and for children. Also, if you follow the path to the Hachidai Ryuohjin (eight great dragon king) deities, which branches off in the middle of the approach, you will come to the Hachidai Ryuohjin (eight great dragon king)  Bridge, where the eight great dragon king deities are enshrined.
