You can enjoy taking a walk through this scenic townscape of Mikawachi kiln mountain and visiting the porcelain factories. Each kiln holds various events that you can participate in such as china painting and potter's wheel. Above all, you don't want to miss the chance to get their fine potteries at a special price at the Mikawachi-yaki Auction which is held three times a day during the festival.

■From Nagasaki Airport/Approx. 70 min. by bus bound for Sasebo, get off at Haiki Tagonoura, and approx. 15 min. by taxi from there.
■From Huis Ten Bosch/Approx. 15 min. by car.
■From JR Sasebo Station/Approx. 25 min. by taxi.
■From JR Hakata Station/Approx. 90 min. by Midori Limited Express Train, get off at Haiki Station, and approx. 15 min. by taxi from there.
