Saikai Bashi Bridge Park overlooks Inoura Seto, the entrance and exit of Omura Bay. The Inoura Seto, which is one of Japan's three steepest tides, has a number of whirlpools. During the event, there will be food stalls, street performances, a mini zoo, and many other events for everyone from  children to the elderly to enjoy. If you fill out a questionnaire during the event, you can get a tulip bulb as a present.

Access By car/ 20 min. from Nishi Kyushu Exp. Sasebo Daito IC, or 3 min. from Pearl Line Komukae IC.
By bus/ 50 min. from Sasebo Station Bus Terminal. Take the local line bound for "Saikai Bashi Bridge West Gate", get off at the last stop. Or take one for"TAOYA Saikai Bashi Bridge", get off at Saikai Bashi Bridge East Gate and approx. 10-min. walk from there.
