Take a ferry to Shinkamigoto Town from Sasebo Port.

Over the course of three days, revel in Shinkamigoto Town's beautiful sea, spectacular sunsets, and the island's famous "Goto Udon."
On the third day, make your way to several churches, including Kashiragashima Church, one of the "Hidden Christian Sites in the Nagasaki Region"; and Aosagaura Church, one of Japan's important cultural properties.

A multipurpose terminal completed in 2003.
Inside, you'll find the Geihinkan Museum, which displays artifacts and tells the whaling history of the town. The building also contains the Geihinkan Hall where concerts and movie screenings take place.

The tidal currents in this small cape change direction with the ebb and flow of the tide, and the rocky area is a fishing point. Like the Grand Canyon, there are countless layers of rocks. Please note that you will be unable to return when the tide rises.

Since 1899, Aosagaura Church became Kamigoto's central church. The current church, built in 1910, is the third generation building, and all of the Christian believers banded together to carry the bricks. It is even more beautiful when the setting sun comes in.
