At Takayama’s Chimney Workshop, you’ll turn simple bisque-fired pottery into a colorful, one-of-a-kind keepsake. With 10 vibrant colors and a variety of pieces to choose from - bowls, mugs, cups, and plates - your creativity is the only limit. The workshop itself is modern, clean, and inviting, with English-language instructions and explanations available to make the experience smooth and enjoyable for everyone. Perfect for solo travelers, families, or groups looking to try something hands-on and relaxing.
 

🧑‍🎨 What You’ll Do:
•  Choose your pottery: bowl, mug, cup, or plate
•  Sketch your design in pencil - or start painting right away with a brush
•  Use tape or a turntable to create patterns and textures
•  Fix mistakes or carve new designs using a safe, easy-to-use blade
•  Your piece will be glazed and kiln-fired after your session for a glossy finish
 

🎨 This experience is beginner-friendly, fun for kids (with guidance), and offers lots of freedom to experiment. Whether you're a minimalist or a maximalist, your new porcelain piece is the perfect canvas!
