The Nagasaki Port Festival is one of the most popular summer festivals in Nagasaki, and is held every July with the aim of bringing citizens and tourists to the port and reminding them of the beauty of Nagasaki's sea and port through the festival.

Fireworks number 10,000 over two days.
(7,000 shots on Saturday, 29th and 3,000 shots on Sunday, 30th)

Access (To the Mizube-no-mori Park): 2 minutes on foot from the Shimin-byoin-mae Tram Stop (bus stop).
From the Nagasaki Ekimae Tram Stop, board a streetcar bound for Sofukuji Temple and disembark at the Shinchi Chukagai Tram Stop. Transfer to the tram bound for Ishibashi and ride for about 12 minutes to the Medical Center stop.
From the Nagasaki Station East Exit bus stop, board a bus bound for Tagami or Ohirabashi, and ride for approximately 22 minutes to the Shimin Byoin Mae bus stop.
By Car: Approximately 8 minutes from Nagasaki Station.
